I created Fit for Life Foodies because I recognize that the number on the scale is not the be-all and end-all indicator of health. Rather than short-term weight loss, restrictive eating, and the “Eat Less, Exercise More” paradigm, I wanted to create an approach that focuses on how we FEEL rather than how we LOOK.
