Fit for Life Foodies is a 6-week online program for women 40 and up who LOVE food but want to crush cravings, increase energy, and get healthier!

It doesn’t matter if you want to lose fat, gain weight, or just maintain your current physique—Fit for Life Foodies is a comprehensive nutrition course specifically for women like you who want to achieve their healthiest self with a sustainable, realistic eating approach, all while eating the food you love.

This is for women are who ready to ditch all the diets and work towards achieving their health and fitness goals in a way that is realistic and sustainable. 

How does Fit for Life Foodies work?

  • ONLINE ACCESS: FFLF is 100% online. This means you can learn and engage in a way that fits your own schedule.  You’ll have 24/7 access to all tutorials, videos, and files in a private community.
  • INDIVIDUAL COACHING AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Get answers to your questions Monday-Friday in our private accountability group. Daily check-ins allow you to get feedback and adjust as you progress through the program.
  • ENGAGE IN THE PROCESS: You’ll be guided through this step-by-step, starting with The Blueprint and then choosing which template serves your goal. From there, we’ll break down the process into stages that focus on nutrition, biofeedback, adjustments, hormone health, movement, mindset, and stress reduction. 

What Makes Fit For Life Foodies Different?

Most programs are one-size fits all and are specifically geared towards people who want to lose weight. FFLF is UNIQUE because each woman uses a template that serves her goal–whether that is to lose fat, gain weight, or maintain her current physique.

In FFLF the focus is biofeedback–sustained energy, controlled cravings, and quality sleep. Blood pressure and blood sugar levels may be another level of monitoring health depending on your goals. Health is NOT just about size and the number on the scale!

Each template has the flexibility to allow each individual to compose meals that reflect their personal culinary taste and preferences.
